The meeting was called to order by President John Kucharski at 7:05 p.m.
The minutes of the last general meeting in this week's Executive Committee minutes were read and accepted.

The Service Report was given by Steve Pretanik who lead the discussion of the problem with the Campus Chest drive the project it entails. Also the Small School's BasketballTourney is coming up and assistance is needed by John Goodrich and Ted Pease.
Ed Skea gave the Membership Report. Ed mentioned the Membership Committee meeting February 16, 1965 at which two brothers and Ed showed up. The Membership Vice President is quite disgusted with the turnout at this meeting. The number of possible pledges was raised to 14. The classification for in the directory will be out in two weeks.
Roger Crouse gave the Administration Report. Roger spoke of the GSS party planned for March 16, 1965. APO is planning one for March 20, 1965. The Spring Banquet will be on May 8, 1965.
Prescott Farris talked of the need for about 15 brothers to aid in the Cerebral Palsy Drive coming up on the 20th or 21st of March 1965.
I spoke of the dinner Friday 20s there were Friday, 2/26/1965 for alumni, honorary members, bdvisers, and the Executive Committee. Harry Gidley gave the report on the progress of the dance coming up in March..
The pledge initiation will be held Friday, March 26, 1965 Memorial Room of Memorial Hall.

Move: that all Book Exchange textbooks, left over two semesters or more, be left on display for the brothers of APO and the sisters of GSS to choose the volumes they wish; after then all those books remaining to be donated to some responsible organization.. Tables to book exchange committee.
At this time, the brotherhood offered names to be placed on the nomination sheet which is to be submitted to Adelphia. These names are: Juniors; Roger Crouse, John Kucharski, Denny Myshrall, Steve Pretanik, and Prescott Harris, and Seniors; Marty Rosenberg, Jack Kooyoojian, Dick Strecker, John Francisco, and Arnie Daniels. Alumni, faculty and administrators; Mr. Alden P. Tuttle, Mr. Paul Nowill, Mr. Larry Popple, and Armand DeGrenier.
MSP; to add an article mind to the chapter Constitution a new section 6 which reads as follows: in the event of the dissolution of the chapter, a written report of any money or property on hand shall be filed by the chapter with the University and a copy with the national executive director of Alpha Omega. Such money or property shall be held until the reactivation of the chapter. (Roger Crouse)

Article III
Duties of Officers
Section 1. President. The President shall give supervision to the chapter and its offices, and see that its constitutional duties and obligations, national and local, are fulfilled. You shall preside at all meetings of the chapter and the executive committee, shall serve as a member of the advisory committee, and Shelby ex officio member of all committees. He shall coordinate the functions of all chapter offices and committees. He shall follow the authorized procedures and appointing the regular committee chairmen and follow-through in seeing that the committee personnel is properly selected. He shall point any special committee necessary for expediency and carrying up the program of the chapter. He shall perform such other duties as his office may require.
Section 2 First Vice President. First vice president shall serve as chairman of the Service Committee. He shall perform all presidential functions in the absence of the president and shall carry out such other assignments as the President may prescribe.
Section 3 Second Vice President. The second vice president shall serve as chairman of the membership committee. He shall perform all presidential functions in the absence of the president and first vice president, and shall carry out other such assignments as the President may prescribe.
Section 4 Third Vice President. The third Vice President shall be in charge of the administrative offices of the chapter as well as the Fellowship, banquet and program chairman. He shall perform all presidential functions in the absence of the president and first vice president in the second vice president and shall carry out such other assignments as the President may prescribe.
Section 5 Recording Secretary. The recording secretary shall keep an accurate written record of the proceedings of all chapter meetings, and of the meetings of the Executive Committee. You shall secure the minutes of the meeting of the regular and special committees of the chapter and enter them in the minutes book. He shall perform all the duties pertaining to the office of secretary is prescribed by the chapter. You shall train his successor in turn over all records and up-to-date condition.
Section 6 Corresponding Secretary. The corresponding secretary shall issue all chapter notices invitations, carry on all necessary correspondence with the national office, and direct letters of appreciation to persons and organizations with cooperating in the chapter service program. He shall also cooperate with the alumni secretary in sending the chapter newsletter to all alumni. You shall be the liaison between the local chapter in the campus newspaper, and perform such other duties as his office may require. You shall train his successor in turn over all records and up-to-date condition.
Section 7 Treasurer. The Treasurer shall receive all the money of the chapter and keep an accurate record thereof. You shall make all payments of the chapter accounts, upon proper authorization. He shall diligently collect all membership fees and dues, pledge initiation fees, and all assessments. You shall keep an accurate written record of the payments made by each individual member of the chapter, you thought the national fraternity of a chapter, and give a written receipt for all such funds. He shall transmit promptly the funds do the national fraternity, even for pledge fees, national membership fees, like membership fees, and supplies, and to keep on file all receipts for such payments. You shall deposit the funds of the fraternity both local and national funds, with the business office of the University. He shall prepare an annual return on form 990A and file it with the US Director of internal revenue in the district in which the chapter is located. You shall have the financial books of the chapter properly audited at the close of his term as treasure before turning over the duties of his office to newly elected treasurer. He shall make reports on the condition of the chapter's treasury to chapter meetings and to meetings of the executive committee. He shall perform all other such duties as required by his office.
Section 8 Alumni Secretary. The alumni secretary shall keep an accurate record of the present addresses and occupations of all alumni members of the chapter. You shall enlist the support of the alumni members and matters of program and membership of the chapter. You shall work in cooperation with the other chapter offices in arranging for at least one major event each year in which the alumni will be especially invited and will have an honored position on the program. He shall plan ways of rendering service, courtesies, and recognition to alumni members returning to the campus for special college functions. You shall endeavor to inform all alumni of a chapter activities by means of a regular newsletter.
Section 9 Historian. The historian shall write a detailed and accurate history of the chapter covering the period of his office. He shall maintain a scrapbook containing photographs and newspaper clippings pertaining to the activities of the chapter during his term of office, any shall be in charge of the two chapter bulletin boards. He shall be responsible for the promotion and preservation of all chapter traditions.
Section 10 Sergeant of Arms. The Sergeant at arms shall guide the portal and perform such disciplinary and commentary procedures as I deemed necessary by the president. You shall distribute ballot sheets on all occasions when voting is done in writing, then upon instructions of the presiding officer assembled the ballots and have charge of counting. He shall be responsible for taking care of chapter equipment, such a has initiation materials, flag, banner, gavel, and other chapter properties. You shall keep an accurate written record of the attendance of each member at all chapter meetings, and inform the executive committee whenever a member becomes the link went or an active. He shall keep in the permanent file the duplicate of each members ship application, beginning with the the charter members including all subsequent members.
Section 11 Pledge Master. The pledge master shall give all pledges opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Alpha Phi Omega and become imbued with the spirit of this fraternity before their initiation into active membership. You shall secure the necessary membership applications from all the pledges and all the members and forward them to the national executive director.
Section 12 Chairman of Advisory Committee. The chairman shall call them presided meetings of the advisory committee at least three times a year the purpose of discussing and making suggestions for the chapter programs, and administration. You shall make periodic reports and writing to the national fraternity as outlined in the requirements of the national constitution and bylaws. You shall call in presided special chapter meetings at any time upon written request of one third of the act membership when it is not possible secure through the regular procedures as described in the national constitution and bylaws, and in the constitution and bylaws up these chapter. (See article I national bylaws, and article V Chapter bylaws.) He shall serve as presiding officer at any trial of this conduct of chapter members. He shall assign each advisor to active duty on one of the chapter's committees. He shall attend meetings regularly and served as adviser and counselor at all times to the chapter, its members, and its offices. You shall give leadership to getting the program and administration of the chapter under way at the beginning of each school year.
Section 13 Faculty Advisors. The faculty advisors shall encourage the development of high fraternal and scholastic standards. They shall assist the chapter in planning and carrying out projects. They shall attend chapter meetings as regularly as possible. They shall serve as members of the advisory committee. They shall serve as personal advisors and counselors on chapter matters at all times. They shall serve a special advisers to the respective chapter committees as assigned by the chairman of the advisory committee. With the chairman they shall give leadership to getting the chapter programs underway at the beginning of the school year.
Section 14 Scouting Advises. Scouting advises shall give counsel and advice to the chapter regarding its Scouting relationship. They shall encourage high fraternal and Scouting standards. They shall attend chapter meetings as regularly as possible. They shall serve as members of the advisory committee. They shall give assistance to the chapter in planning and carrying out projects charted the interest of scalp movement and the community at large. Working with the faculty advisors they shall give leadership to getting the chapter programs underway at the beginning of the school year.
